Press F5 on the terminal. There are 2 purchase options available - click on the link:
1. Fixed Amount - purchase of reload value with fixed denomination (TSH500, TSH1,000 etc)
2. Flexi Amount - purchase of reload value with any amount
Note / Caution:
1. System will automatically top up the customer's hand phone after each purchases. Please keep the receipt for future reference in case the system fails to top up the hand phone number.
2. SC / Merchant must exercise caution when entering customer's hand phone number. It is best if:
a. Customers write their hand phone number on a piece of paper and show it to the SC or
b. Customers to enter their hand phone number on the terminal or
c. SC to keep a register book where customers write their hand phone number on the book first.
3. In case receipt is not printed, SC can go to F10 - Admin menu to print Last Transaction for a duplicate copy.
4. SC can also check at SC / Merchant Website (http://tz.ezeemoney-co.com/SC/Login.aspx) for all transactions with detail information such as transaction date, time and transaction ID.
