Press F6 on the terminal for Bill Payment function. Currently, there are 2 services provided:
1. Bill Payment for TV subscription
a. DSTV
b. Startimes
2. Check status - this function will allow customers or SC to check status of any paid bill. When you press L2 - Check status, you need to enter the Transaction ID (which is printed on the receipt paid earlier).
(Note: Whenever we introduce new biller or new type of bill here, the terminal will be updated accordingly. Please check with EM office for update. If there is new bills, you need to perform terminal update - SC update).
