2. Select L1 - TV
3. Press L1 - DSTV
4. There are 3 options available
a. Pay by amount - L1
b. Pay by product code - L2
c. Print DSTV product code (for option 4b) - L3
4a. Pay by amount
1. Press L1 - By Amount
2. Enter customer's bill account number
3. Then, press Enter. System will ask to confirm, press Ok. If not, press Cancel button to go back
4. Then, enter the bill amount to pay, press Enter if ok. If not, press Cancel or back arrow key.
5. Once confirm, receipt will be printed. Please keep the receipt for future reference.
4b. Pay by product code
1. Press L2 - By Product
2. Enter customer's bill account number
3. Then, press Enter. System will ask to confirm, press Ok. If not, press Cancel button to go back
4. Then, enter the Product Code (if you don't know the product code, you can print the Product Code first. Refer to 4c)
5. Press Enter if ok. If not, press Cancel or back arrow key.
5. Once confirm, receipt will be printed. Please keep the receipt for future reference.
4c. Print DSTV Product Code
1. Press L3 - PRN ProductCode
2. Press L1 - Print
